・Photos or digital data will not be accepted. Please bring your original passport and IDP with you on the day.
・Customers are required to provide a valid IDP. If your IDP is not valid in Japan, you will not be able to participate. No refunds will be given. IDPs issued in countries not listed above cannot be used in Japan, even if they are in Geneva 1949 format or state that they are valid in Japan. You must carry your IDP and passport while driving. If you only have one of these two documents, you will not be able to participate. *Drivers' licenses issued in Switzerland, Germany, France, Taiwan, Belgium, and Monaco are not international driving licenses, and you will need to obtain a Japanese translation of your license from the Japan Automobile Federation (JAF).
*You will need a Japanese translation, your driver's license from your home country, and your passport on the day. Please be sure to bring these with you. If even one of these items is missing, you will not be able to participate and there will be no refunds.
*Driver's licenses issued in countries not included in the Geneva Convention (such as Mexico, Kuwait, China, Colombia, and Saudi Arabia) cannot be used in Japan.

*Taiwanese participants must bring the following three documents: passport, Taiwanese driver's license, and Japanese translation. Photos are not accepted.
If you do not arrive by the scheduled time, we will consider it a cancellation without notice and charge you a cancellation fee.
・In the event of bad weather, the tour may be canceled at short notice. In such cases, no cancellation fee will be charged. (In such cases, we can discuss changing to another date.)
・You cannot ride without the required documents: an international driver's license and passport (copies, photos, etc. are not accepted).

- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
