Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to reservation times. Lateness will be considered a forfeiture of the reservation. Requests for changes, cancellations, or refunds due to lateness will not be accepted.

Dining has a time limit, and we cannot extend the time for shortened dining periods due to lateness.

This product is a direct contract between the restaurant and the user, notwithstanding the terms and conditions of KKday. Please understand that KKday customer service will provide maximum support but cannot be held responsible.

In the event that dining cannot be carried out as scheduled due to natural disasters, KKday will refund the reservation seat fee.

You cannot make duplicate reservations for different restaurants within the same time slot on the same date.
