Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to reservation times. Late arrivals will be considered a forfeiture of the reservation. Requests for changes, cancellations, or refunds due to late arrival will not be accepted.

The promotional images on this page are provided by the restaurant and may differ from the actual dishes. In such cases, please contact the restaurant directly. The restaurant bears full responsibility.

There is a time limit for dining, and we cannot extend the dining time due to late arrival.

The restaurant may contact you via email, so please provide a regularly used email address that you can check frequently.

You understand, agree to, and authorize KKday to make reservations on your behalf with the restaurant as necessary to provide agency services.

This product is a direct contract between the restaurant and the user, notwithstanding the terms and conditions of KKday. Please understand that KKday customer service will provide maximum support but cannot be held responsible.

If dining cannot proceed as scheduled due to natural disasters, KKday will refund the reservation seat fee.

You cannot make duplicate reservations for different restaurants on the same date and time slot.
