At Genpin Fugu, we make tireless efforts to procure ingredients so that we can provide our customers with the highest quality ingredients at a stable and low price, regardless of the place of origin. Please enjoy our proud "Tiger Fugu" which can be enjoyed all year round in a relaxing and calm space.
The softly grilled fugu fins are paired with pure rice wine from Tanba. The fragrant fins are grilled using a patented method, giving off a rich flavor. Please enjoy this special dish that can only be enjoyed at Genpin.
The supporting role of Genpin Tiger Fugu is Motte Ponzu. In addition to the base soy sauce, we are also very particular about yuzu and suda, and have secretly brewed suda from Sanagouchi Village, Kamiyama Town, Tokushima Prefecture, and yuzu from Kitou Village, Naka Town, Tokushima Prefecture, in our laboratory to create "Genpin Higenpin Ju." The rice, eggs, and salt, which are essential for the rice porridge at the end of the meal, are all carefully selected from all over the country.

- Cancellation policy: The cancellation policy for this product is divided into KKday's reservation fee cancellation policy and the restaurant's cancellation policy.

Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.
The Promotional photos are for reference only. If the actual dishes served is different than the reference, please reflect that to the restaurant, who will be responsible for this matter fully.
Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
