The pork used in our pork dishes is freshly slaughtered that morning! We butcher and skewer our pork every day in our store, so it's always fresh! Our liver and pork skewers are popular dishes that we put a lot of care into, so we recommend you try them♪ However, don't be fooled by the fact that we are a sashimi and yakiton restaurant! We are conscious of the freshness of our fish, and we also stock rare types of alcohol at reasonable prices. These prices are unbeatable because we deal directly with the sake brewery!
