【Established 50 years ago】 We carefully select only 'Ao-unagi' (blue eel) raised in the pristine waters of Shizuoka Prefecture. Our Unaju (eel over rice) with our secret sauce is exquisite!
【Unaju, Kabayaki, and Shirayaki are available for reservation】 Limited availability, please inquire by phone. Our eel is the top domestic brand from Shizuoka Prefecture. It is thoroughly steamed and grilled to perfection with our homemade sauce, melting in your mouth. We do not use any sugar, mirin, or sweeteners in our sauce. We use only honey to bring out a natural sweetness. Please come and enjoy it. *Chicken rice boxes are not sold during July. *Please inform us if you have any allergies.
The kabayaki is slowly steamed and then grilled, and when combined with our signature sauce, it has a fragrant, plump and juicy texture.
