Enjoy authentic Edomae sushi, a specialty of a restaurant directly managed by a fresh fish wholesaler established in 1960. We look forward to serving you with over 50 types of toppings. Spend time encountering seasonal toppings and fine sake in our modern restaurant with a Japanese atmosphere.
We have a wide selection of toppings that you can only get from a restaurant directly managed by a Tsukiji fresh fish wholesaler. The most popular tuna is the carefully selected wild Indian tuna, which is characterized by its unique aroma and fat content. The sea bream is plum red snapper raised in Kushimoto, Nanki. Fukusuke is the only place in the Kanto region where you can eat plum red snapper nigiri. We always have more than 50 types of toppings that are carefully selected for their season, origin, and freshness, such as Abashiri-produced Hokkaido salmon roe marinated in soy sauce using a unique recipe, single-line-caught red snapper marinated in kelp, and the original California roll. All prices are clearly displayed, and orders are accepted from just one can.
There are two private rooms that can accommodate 4 to 8 people. One room can accommodate up to 14 people. The relaxing space, with its plain wood and stone motif, is perfect for entertaining or dining. Please use it in conjunction with a course meal. There is no charge for the room.

Sunshine 60 is a famous spot with a great view in Ikebukuro. From the sky restaurant on the 59th floor, you can enjoy a view from 220 meters above ground. It is perfect for anniversaries, dates, and dinner parties.

- Cancellation policy: The cancellation policy for this product is divided into KKday's reservation fee cancellation policy and the restaurant's cancellation policy.
Based on the cancellation date, there will be different cancellation charges for KKday's reservation fee (440 JPY per guest).
If you are unable to come to our store, please be sure to cancel your reservation before departure. If you do not cancel, you will be charged the following fees (the actual fee will be the one stated on your confirmation after booking): There is no cancellation policy.

Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.
The Promotional photos are for reference only. If the actual dishes served is different than the reference, please reflect that to the restaurant, who will be responsible for this matter fully.
Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
The restaurant may contact users via email. Please provide an email address that you frequently use and can regularly check.
You understand, agree, and authorize the booking platform to provide booking services and make reservations and relevant requests on your behalf with the restaurant as necessary.
Notwithstanding anything contained in KKday's Terms of Use, this product is a direct contract between the restaurant and the user. KKday customer service will do its best to assist you, but please note that we cannot take any responsibility.
If dining is not possible due to a natural disaster, KKday will refund the reservation fee.
