- 【Participation Requirements】 Age limit: 3 to 64 years old (children aged 0-2 and over 65 years old, and those under 80 cm in height are not allowed to participate in any water activities). Pregnant women, those who have consumed alcohol or are hungover, and those with heart or respiratory diseases are not allowed to participate. No refunds will be given if ineligible participants are found on-site. Thank you for your understanding.
- For the marine park experience, cold-weather clothing is provided free of charge from April to June, but not from July to October. If needed, it will be charged at the venue for approximately 1,000 yen per set.
- Even in rainy weather, the captain can still set sail if he judges that the sea conditions are good; however, if there is a typhoon or poor sea conditions, the voyage may be cancelled.
- Due to force majeure factors such as weather and sea conditions (including high or low tide), the event may be canceled, rescheduled, or even postponed. Guests will be notified through the contact information provided.
- The beach is open from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- Fragile items (such as glass containers) are prohibited.
- Fireworks or open flames are prohibited in beach facilities (sand, lawn).
- Please take your used trash with you.
- Please maintain order and avoid causing inconvenience to other beach users.
- Pets are not allowed on the beach.
- Generators and floodlights are prohibited.
- Selling goods or services is prohibited on this beach.
- Please keep your valuables safe. The supplier will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to passenger belongings.
- If facilities and equipment are damaged, the supplier has the right to charge its passengers for repairs.

If the sea conditions are normal, the activity will be held as usual even if it rains. If the traveler does not want to participate on rainy days and cancels, no rescheduling or refund will be made.
In the event of force majeure such as typhoons or bad sea conditions, the organizer will cancel the event or reschedule it, and will notify the travelers at that time.
Due to the influence of force majeure factors such as weather and sea conditions (including high tide or low tide), the experience may be modified, cancelled or even postponed. In this case, guests will be notified through the contact information provided in the booking.
If the sea conditions are good, the boat will sail even on rainy days, so please do not cancel the experience on your own.
