Location and Accessibility: Luljetta’s Hanging Gardens Spa is situated above the Loreland Farm Resort, requiring guests to climb stairs. For pregnant women, senior citizens, and individuals with physical challenges, it is recommended to stay at Luljetta’s Garden Suites for easier access.
What to Bring: Guests should bring extra clothes, proper swimwear (no denim or colored shirts as swimwear), and additional cash for transportation and any personal expenses.
Dietary Requirements: Please specify any dietary needs or food allergies in the booking notes.
Food and Drinks: Bringing outside food and drinks into the resort is prohibited.
Punctuality: Arrive early for your scheduled massage, as no refunds will be given for late arrivals.

- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Dahil sa pagkakaiba ng time zone, ang kumpirmadong petsa ng pagkansela ay batay sa lokal na oras ng supplier. Mangyaring magbigay ng 2–5 business days para maproseso ang cancellation request, pagkatapos nito ay sisingilin ang cancellation fee ayon sa policy ng produkto.
