— Meeting Point Info —

- The staff will be waiting for you in the arrival area holding a sign (凱迪標誌).

- The driver will only wait for 90 minutes, based on the flight arrival time. Delays caused by the guest's personal reasons after 90 minutes will be considered as No Show

- If the flight is delayed, the driver will wait for the guest based on the delay time without charging any extra fees

- When booking, please be sure to indicate your flight number and the number of luggage

- If the number of passengers or luggage does not match the booking information, the pick-up service may be refused on the spot and no cancellation or refund will be offered (100% non-refundable)

Boarding from Busan KTX Station:

• Meeting point: Entrance of Toyoko Inn Hotel on the left side of Exit 1 on the 1st floor of Busan KTX Station (not a subway station)

Boarding the bus at Busan Port International Ferry Terminal:

• Meeting location: Busan Port International Ferry Terminal, Gate 3 on the second floor

• Meeting point: The driver will be waiting at the hotel entrance at the requested time by the guest
• Travel time to airport: The minimum travel time from Gijang/Haeundae to the airport is 1 hour, and the maximum is 1 hour and 30 minutes. Please note that there may be traffic jams on weekends and during commuting hours
  It takes at least 30 minutes and up to 1 hour to travel from the center of Busan to the airport
• We recommend making a reservation for the drop-off service at least 2 hours before your flight departure time. For example, if your flight is at 3 o'clock and you are departing from Busan city center, please book the drop-off service at 12 o'clock or 12:30 o'clock
• Please be aware that the customer is responsible for any delays due to road conditions when departing at the specified time. Kindly confirm this before making an appointment
