Embark on the Pompeii tour departing from Naples. This unique opportunity allows you to delve into the remnants of the ancient city of Pompeii, preserved by the volcanic ash and lava from the eruption of Mt. Vesuvius in 79 AD. Unearthed streets, villas, daily objects, and even food items provide a fascinating glimpse into the past.

For your convenience, pickup is offered from a major hotel in Naples city centre. The journey to Pompeii takes a mere 30 minutes, and upon arrival, the knowledgeable archaeological guide awaits at the parking area, ready to assist with ticket acquisition.

The itinerary may vary from day to day depending on the opening of certain offices. One building per category is guaranteed to be visited-1 Temple, 1 market, 1 shop, 1 villa, 1 thermal plant, 1 theatre and the forum. The choice of buildings visited is determined by the guide based on attendance, waiting times in case of long lines, or opening hours of the buildings. The tour includes a visit to a Cameo factory, where you will be able to see a craftsman at work. A visit to the factory allows you to use the toilets free of charge before entering the excavations.

You can choose between the following options available in the order box:

Standard: tour in groups with a maximum of 40 people

Small Group: tour in groups with a maximum of 18 people
