  • Please choose the vehicle model based on the actual number of passengers and the amount of luggage. If the vehicle is found to be overloaded, the driver has the right to refuse to take passengers for safety reasons.
  • If you need to depart before the service time, please consult the customer service staff for the surcharge before placing the order and inform them in the remarks, and then pay on site
  • Cruise customers are advised to book the pick-up time 1.5 hours after the ship docks. The driver will arrive before the agreed time and wait with a sign. If you want to depart earlier or later, please be sure to contact us 1 hour before the scheduled pick-up time.
  • When booking, please provide the detailed information of your destination (name/address/telephone number) on the booking page, such as hotel name, address/port; if departing from an airport, please provide flight information.

Reminders

  • Please keep your valuables and fragile items safe. We will not compensate for any damage.

  • Children should not play inside the vehicle to avoid injury from sudden braking.

  • A car rental for a trip to Tamatorisaki Observatory requires a private charter car of 6 hours; a private charter car rental for a trip to Hirakubosaki requires a minimum of 7 hours. Overtime will be charged for trips exceeding 5 hours. Please be aware of this.
