Know in advance:Please note that the Basilica of the Sagrada Familia is a space for prayer and contemplation. In order to preserve this spiritual character and facilitate personal prayer, the Basilica has established a time of silence every day from 9am to 10am. During this time, the use of headphones for audio guides, mobile devices, or any audio content is mandatory. Listening to audio without headphones is not permitted and silence is requested inside the temple. Visits can continue to be carried out as normal

The audio guide is available in Catalan, Spanish, English, French, German, Italian, Chinese, Japanese, Portuguese, Russian, Hungarian, Korean, Swedish, Finnish, Polish and Dutch. Audio-description and sign-language guides are also available in Catalan, Spanish, and International Sign
Visits must follow the route in one direction only, entering on Carrer de la Marina (Nativity façade) and exiting on Carrer de Sardenya (Passion façade)
Once the audioguided tour is finished, you can continue visiting the Basilica at your own pace
For safety reasons, some spaces will be closed as it is not possible to guarantee proper distancing: the Schools building, the museum, the towers, and the cloister of Our Lady of the Rosary
Visitors under 16 must be accompanied by an adult
The audio guide is not available for children under 11
If you wish to purchase a child ticket, you must also purchase at least one adult ticket
The organisation reserves the right to refuse admission. At the entrance, visitors will have their bags, rucksacks, luggage and personal items checked
The right to enter and remain on the Basilica grounds is subject to possession of a valid ticket, which visitors must show to visitor services and/or security staff upon request, or to any duly accredited Basilica staff
Please note that these are individual tickets. Individual tickets are for guests who wish to purchase tickets to visit the Temple individually and without the supervision or accompaniment of a guide or person in charge. In this case, each guest may purchase a maximum of six (6) individual tickets in each purchase. In the event that the guest wishes to purchase more than six (6) tickets, the tickets must be purchased as a group
