Experience Process:

  • Placing an order regarding the shooting time required.
  • Please be sure to leave your contact information such as WeChat, Line or WhatsApp after placing an order.
  • Customers who have made reservations for kimonos should go to the store at the agreed time to choose clothes and dress up.
  • After changing clothes, meet up with the photographer.
  • Outdoor photography: follow the photographer to enjoy the beautiful photography journey in Tokyo.
  • End of shooting.
  • After the photographer delivers the photos, download them promptly and select the photos that need to be refined.

  • When choosing the time for the follow-up photo shoot, please be sure to choose a time 2 hours after the time you arrive at the store to wear the kimono. (For example: If you arrive at the kimono shop at 9:00 am to wear a kimono, the follow-up time should be 11:00 am. If you arrive at the kimono shop at 1:00 pm to wear a kimono, the follow-up time should be 3:00 pm.)
  • The selected start time for the follow-up shooting is when you meet the photographer and when the session begins. Please be on time, as lateness may affect the duration of the shoot.

Additional photo editing costs

If you require additional retouching, an additional charge of JPY500 will be charged for each photo.

Reminders

  • Please arrive at the designated location 10 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time

  • After placing an order, please be sure to leave your contact information such as WeChat, Line or WhatsApp.

  • Please confirm the date and time of the shoot with customer service. After confirming, ensure you are not late. If the photographer's schedule is full, any lateness will result in a deduction of your shoot time.

  • If you want to change the shooting date, please notify customer service 48 hours in advance. It cannot be modified within 48 hours.

  • The shoot begins when the photographer meets you and takes the first photo. Time spent moving, applying makeup, and changing clothes is included in the total shooting time.

  • Original photos will be delivered within 1-3 days, and retouched photos will be delivered within 1-3 weeks. Delivery times may be longer during peak tourist season.

  • Please download the photos within 1 month after the photographer delivers them. We will not be responsible for any failure to download due to expiration.

  • After the photo shoot is successful, our store can use your portrait for legitimate publicity purposes by default. If you mind, please contact customer service to make a note.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 3 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–2 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
