A: In the morning, the vehicle will stop for guests to rest and have breakfast at the Kim Anh Intersection area restaurant (at the beginning of the highway) or at a rest stop along the highway.
Q: Will the vehicle pick up guests at the airport?
A: Note: The vehicle can pick up guests at the Kim Anh Intersection (at the beginning of the Hanoi - Lao Cai highway, 3km from Noi Bai Airport, near the area of hotels in Noi Bai around 07:30 in the morning). Therefore, if customers have a late flight to Noi Bai from the previous day, they can book a hotel near the airport to save time resting and save taxi costs to the Old Quarter; - In case guests have an early flight and arrive at the airport lobby before 07:30 on the departure day, we will assist with pick-up at the airport lobby with a fee of 50,000 VND/group of guests.
Q: Why isn't Pao's house ticket included in the tour?
A: You can visit the Lung Cam Cultural Village separately (free of charge) - As for the photo spot of Pao's house, it may not be suitable for some groups, so it's not included in the tour ticket. However, you can purchase a separate ticket to visit if you wish to.
Q: The significance of the Km0 - Ha Giang Square section
A: The Ha Giang city square is also known as the 26/3 Square. It is located in the center of Ha Giang City. This is a destination that travelers from near and far visit when exploring Ha Giang. The 26/3 Square is situated on Nguyen Trai Street, Ha Giang City. Standing at Milestone 0 of Ha Giang, if you look slightly to the left, you will see the 26/3 Square. Walking on the square, you can see the majestic mountain in front of you. That is the Cấm Sơn Mountain, a mountain with a million views right in the heart of the city.
Q: What to bring on the tour?
A: As it's a mountain tour, it's advisable to bring a backpack instead of hard suitcases. Bring snacks for the road as the attractions are far away, and lunch may be slightly delayed.
Q: Reference information
A: - Regarding buckwheat flowers, they typically bloom from September to December each year.
- As for plum blossoms, cherry blossoms, and pear blossoms, they usually bloom before and after the Lunar New Year.
- Sunday morning markets: Quan Ba Market, Yen Minh Market, Dong Van Market, Meo Vac Market, and Mau Due Market.
Q: Why do I have to stay at a 4* hotel when my budget is low?
A: At first, I also thought like you that all I needed was a place to sleep. However, when I thoroughly surveyed the accommodation facilities in Dong Van, I realized that the quality of service was too low. Even the 2-star hotels felt more like guesthouses, and due to the small town and limited space, most rooms were very cramped. Meanwhile, the price is only 100K cheaper per person than a 4-star hotel (we have a strategic partnership with this hotel, so we have a good price). Therefore, we decided to include this hotel in the tour. Touring in Ha Giang is very demanding, and at the very least, guests need a place to sleep well, ensuring cleanliness for them to have the energy needed!
Q: How should I handle it when comparing tours with other companies?
A: If guests compare and find that company A is cheaper than ours, don't insist that we are cheaper. Just politely ask for the itinerary from company A, tell them to send it over, and then I'll point out the differences that make our tour more valuable.
