2. When choosing the time for the photo shoot, please be sure to choose 2 hours after the time you arrive at the store to wear the kimono.
For example: If you arrive at the kimono shop at 9:00 am to wear a kimono, the follow-up time should be 11:00 am. If you arrive at the kimono shop at 1:00 pm to wear a kimono, the follow-up time should be 3:00 pm

3. The chosen start time is when you meet the photographer and begin the follow-up shooting. Please arrive on time, as any delay may shorten your session.

Kimono rental fee

If you want to wear a kimono and experience the unique culture, please purchase the kimono rental program.

Additional photo editing costs

If you require additional retouching, an additional charge of JPY500 will be charged for each photo

Reminders

  • Please arrive at the designated location 10 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time

  • After placing an order, leave your contact information, such as WeChat, Line, or WhatsApp.

  • Confirm the date and time of the shoot with customer service. Please be punctual, as late arrivals may result in reduced shooting time if the photographer's schedule is full.

  • To change the shooting date, notify customer service at least 48 hours in advance. Changes cannot be made within 48 hours.

  • The shoot begins when the photographer meets you and takes the first photo. Moving, makeup, and outfit changes are all included in the shooting time.

  • Original photos will be delivered within 1-3 days, and retouched photos within 1-3 weeks, longer during peak tourist season.

  • Download photos within 1 month of delivery. We are not responsible for expired download links.

  • By default, our store may use your portrait for legitimate publicity purposes after the photo shoot. If you prefer to opt out, please contact customer service to make a note.
