• Children under 12 years old cannot make reservations for any programs. Please make reservations for children at the Candy Spa at Centara Grand Mirage Beach Resort .
• If you are unable to make a reservation for the time slot you selected as your first priority on the reservation page, reservations will be made for the second and third priority time slots, so please be sure to check the time on your voucher.
• It features 16 treatment rooms, including a couples room, as well as rain showers, cold and hot plunge pools and a sauna.
  
• If adults (Senbari Spa) and children (Candy Spa) would like to receive treatment in the same room, please indicate this in the request section when making a reservation.
  
• If you are more than 15 minutes late from your reservation time, it will be considered a no-show and your reservation will be cancelled, so we recommend that you arrive earlier than your reservation time. (Changes and refunds are 100% non-existent)
  
• If you stay at Centara Grand Mirage Beach Resort, the rate is the same and there are no additional benefits.
• If you have any personal illness or special circumstances (allergies, medications, pregnancy, body parts to avoid, etc.), please check with the spa in advance before going to the spa. Please note that we cannot provide assistance if a problem occurs without prior consultation with the spa.
