- The Glowworm Cave tour is fully guided in English

Please arrive at the designated location 15 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
Please note that the group will depart on time and no refund will be given if you are late.
The actual pick-up time will be adjusted based on the situation. If you do not see the driver at the scheduled pick-up time, please call the emergency contact number on the voucher first
Please wear warm clothing and comfortable walking shoes
Please pay attention to the meeting time of each attraction provided by the tour guide; no refund will be given to guests who are late or unable to complete the entire tour
The supplier reserves the right of final interpretation for any changes, delays or cancellations caused by transportation damage, strikes, accidents, weather or other force majeure factors.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 6 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–5 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
