This product is a join-in tour, and the minimum number of participants for departure is 4.
If the minimum number of 4 participants is not met, the tour may be cancelled.
Adult rates apply for heights of 120cm or taller, child rates for heights between 100cm and 120cm, and infant rates for heights under 100cm. If the height limit is exceeded on the day of the tour after the reservation for an infant or child has been completed, the difference will be charged.
As this is a join-in tour, please strictly adhere to the meeting time. If you are late for the meeting without prior notice, the tour will depart without further notification, and in such cases, refunds or cancellations are not possible.
On the day of the tour, all travelers are requested to bring their passports to attend.
For vehicles, a 7-seater van is assigned for groups of fewer than 6 people, a minibus for groups of 7 to 15 people, and a tour bus for groups of 16 or more people.
We recommend purchasing travel insurance before participating in the tour.
The order of the schedule may be changed due to unexpected local conditions or weather changes.
Cancellation/refund requests are accepted only if received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00–18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Requests received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day.
