The bus will depart on time. To avoid missing your bus, please check the location of your bus stop in advance and arrive at the boarding location with plenty of time to spare.

On this tour, in addition to commentary in Japanese by the bus guide, you can also enjoy foreign language commentary on the bus using your own smartphone and earphones. Please note that earphones are not provided for the multilingual guide service. If you do not have earphones, please mute your smartphone's volume and enjoy only the on-screen commentary. Audio commentary will not play when your smartphone screen is off or when using other apps. This is GPS-based automatic guidance and does not translate the bus guide's commentary.

Please wear your seatbelt at all times while on the bus. Please refrain from standing up or moving around inside the bus while it is in motion.

Open-top buses do not have roofs. Therefore, they can be very windy, so please take precautions against the cold yourself. In addition, please dress appropriately for the season, weather, and temperature to prevent heatstroke.

All seats are reserved. Depending on the reservation status, your companions may not be seated next to each other.

Umbrellas are not permitted on the bus. Raincoats will be provided free of charge in case of rain.

You are welcome to bring in your own food and drinks (including alcohol), however, we reserve the right to refuse to accept or continue transporting your belongings if you become intoxicated and may disturb other customers. Please also take your trash with you.

Large luggage can be stored on the bus (1st floor). However, please note that we cannot accept luggage in advance. The carry-on luggage that passengers may bring is limited to: ① a weight of 10 kg, ② a total volume of 0.027 cubic meters, and ③ a length of 1 meter or less.

Bringing in hazardous materials is prohibited.

Bus services may be suspended during severe weather conditions such as typhoons and thunderstorms. Please note that even if a service is suspended, we cannot provide any compensation for transportation costs to the bus stop or accommodation costs at your destination.
