− About smelt fishing −
A mini lecture on smelt fishing by a professional guide and patrol are included. We will support beginners in their smelt fishing experience!
The greenhouse where the experience takes place is well ventilated and protected from the cold. It is well ventilated and warm during the day.
The freshly caught smelt is fried in tempura using rice flour from "Yumepirika" rice grown on our farm! The smelt is especially delicious when fried hot.

− About Genghis Khan −
Jingisukan is a grilled lamb dish and is a representative local dish of Hokkaido.
After the smelt fishing experience, you can enjoy Jingisukan. Depending on the weather, you can choose to experience Jingisukan indoors or outdoors on the ice.
We offer an abundance of fresh vegetables from our farm.
Matured pumpkins, corn, carrots grown under the snow, the mythical Sapporo yellow onion, matured sweet potatoes, winter-grown spinach, and more!
