Please be sure to arrive within the check-in/pick up time. Those who are late will not be able to participate and will not receive a refund

In the event of a change in itinerary or cancellation due to traffic, weather, or any other unforeseen circumstances, please contact customer service and alternative date or full refund will be given
While the tour operator makes every effort to ensure the smooth operation of the trip, unforeseen circumstances may arise. In such cases, the operator does not accept responsibility for travel disruptions caused by road closures. Passengers affected by road closures are welcome to reschedule or cancel with a full refund.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 3 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–2 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
