• The tour guide will be waiting near the baggage carousel in the arrivals area, holding a sign with your name 
• Travellers arriving in Yellowknife Airport after 09:00 p.m. for any reason are required to arrange their own transportation to your hotel either by taking a hotel's shuttle service or a taxi. No refund will be provided for missed transfer service
• [Exception] Air Canada flight AC8113 scheduled to arrive at 08:57 p.m. is considered arrival after 09:00 p.m.
• If your flight is originally scheduled to arrive in Yellowknife after 09:00 p.m., you are not able to participate in aurora viewing on the first day. Instead, you are suggested booking an additional night of accommodation and begin tour on the next day. If you need an extra night at a hotel, please contact at customer service.
