Cancellation fees will be charged for cancellations due to reasons such as illness, a family bereavement, booking mistakes, rain or cloudy weather, or the meeting place being far away.
*If you need to cancel due to an infectious disease or other reason, please mail us the original medical certificate. In this case, there will be no cancellation fee.
- Regarding the cancellation of the event -
The event will generally be held rain or shine. However, if the store determines that the event will be canceled due to severe weather such as thunderstorms, strong winds, or typhoons, there will be no cancellation fee.
Reminders
We will inform you of the details of the tour by the day before. Please be sure to check your email the day before. If you do not hear from us, please contact us directly.
If you are not satisfied with the tour and would like a refund, please be sure to inform your guide before the tour ends. Refunds cannot be made after dissolution.
Children will be charged the same rate as adults. Please be sure to enter the number of people including children.
We offer pick-up and drop-off services within Miyako Island. If you require this service, please be sure to specify your desired pick-up and drop-off locations in the comments section when making your reservation.
If you request transportation at the last minute, we may not be able to provide the service. Please be sure to send your transportation request when making your reservation.
The tour will proceed even in rainy weather. However, as the tour takes place in a natural environment, it may be canceled at the guide's discretion in case of severe weather. Please note that in all other cases, a cancellation fee will apply on the day of the tour.
If you are more than 10 minutes late, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged. Please be sure to contact us in advance.
If you would like to change the start time or the date, please contact us first.
*Depending on the type of pre-existing medical condition, your physical condition, and your alcohol consumption, we may refuse your participation in the tour on the day.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
