(2) Public bathroom: shower room (24-hour hot and cold water), shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, toilet paper, hair dryer, cotton swabs, disposable earplugs, baby bathtub (3) Food related: refrigerator, three-temperature water dispenser (4) Cleaning equipment: sink, sponge (a brand new one for each tent), dishwashing liquid (5) Additional rental services: baking tray that can be placed on the gas stove, kettle, gas tank, toilet paper, bath towel, duvet, toothbrush set, towel

Tent specifications: 5-meter diameter starry sky tent (four people) & 4-meter diameter starry sky tent (two people)
- A 5-meter starry sky tent can accommodate up to 4 adults. Due to limited space in the tent, no extra bed service is available. The service of adding a person without an extra bed is only available for children in elementary school (including below). Elementary school students will be charged NT$1,000/cleaning fee. At most 1 person can be added, so each tent can accommodate up to: 4 adults + 1 child
- A 4-meter starry sky tent can accommodate up to 2 adults. Due to limited space in the tent, no extra bed service is available. The service of adding a person without an extra bed is only available for children in elementary school (including below). Elementary school students will be charged NT$1,000/cleaning fee. At most 1 person can be added, so each tent can accommodate up to: 2 adults + 1 child
- Cooking tent: including 1 egg roll table, 4 & 2 chairs, mosquito coils, electric lights
- Cooking utensils: 1 gas stove, 1 gas tank, 4 & 2 bowls and plates, 4 & 2 mugs, 4 & 2 cutlery (chopsticks, spoons, forks), 1 soup pot, 4-piece spatula, 1 pair of scissors, 1 kitchen knife, 1 chopping board, 1 heat insulation pad, 1 box of toilet paper, 1 dishcloth
- Camp facilities: parking spaces, bathroom equipment and supplies, refrigerator, water dispenser, sink and supplies
- Please bring your own food and beverages, personal tableware, toiletries, warm clothing, personal mosquito repellent or medical supplies when entering the camp.
- In order to protect the environment, disposable personal toiletries such as toothpaste, toothbrushes, towels, bath towels, etc. are not provided.

Purchase Notice
- Please bring your own food and beverages, personal tableware, toiletries, warm clothing, personal mosquito repellent or medical supplies when entering the camp.
- Pets are not allowed in the campsite. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. The campsite does not include meals for the equipment-free camping experience, and the campsite does not provide food ordering services. Please be sure to purchase food in advance before going up the mountain. It is recommended to buy food in Puli Town.
- The location of the tent will be arranged by the on-site staff and you cannot specify the location.
- Please enter the number of guests in the reservation. Each tent should be occupied according to the number of guests at the time of booking. Visitors without reservation are not allowed to enter the camp.
Reminders
The time affected by the typhoon is defined as the time when the Central Weather Bureau issues a "Land Typhoon Warning" for the main island of Taiwan. If the Central Weather Bureau issues a "Land Typhoon Warning" for the main island of Taiwan on the "day before" or "day of" the camping date, you will not be able to check in according to government regulations.
If there are force majeure factors such as typhoons, earthquakes, natural disasters, etc. on the day of camping, the order can be retained for 6 months. During this period, the accommodation can be rescheduled or other fees will be refunded after deducting the handling fee of NT$100/account. For those who choose to postpone the camping and complete the extension procedures, the extension and refund regulations for the new account will be handled in accordance with the extension and refund regulations of the Tourism Bureau of the Ministry of Transportation and Communications.
Check-in time is from 15:00 to 17:00 in the afternoon. If you arrive after the specified check-in time, please note the estimated arrival time in the order.
Check-out time is 11:00 the next morning. Please return the borrowed equipment to the camp owner before 10:30 a.m. If you need to check out late, a fee of NT$ 500 per hour will be charged. Please be advised.
When checking in, the camp owner will collect a "camp deposit" of NT$ 1,000 / account. When checking out the next day, the camp owner will return the deposit in full after confirming that all equipment is not damaged and has not violated the camp regulations. (If there is any damage, you will need to pay the price)

- For cancellations made 10 to 13 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 7 to 9 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- For cancellations made 4 to 6 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 60% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 70% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 80% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
