With highlights like 'experiencing the subway from below' and 'comparing the sounds of trains passing over old and new tracks,' the true charm of this tour is 'seeing Tokyo from a boat.' This is undoubtedly a rare and unique tour for railway enthusiasts and photographers alike! The 120-minute plan includes dedicated photography time at 3 specific points.


- Course Description -

A: Depart from Ryogoku Pier → Sumida River Bridge (Sobu Line)

B: Pass under the Sumida River Bridge to view the Sumida River Bridge (Sobu Line) and Skytree from the downstream side

C: From the Kanda River houseboat area to Asakusabashi

D: Kanda River JR Bridge (Tohoku Shinkansen)

E: Kanda River Shoheibashi Bridge and Sobu Line Railway Bridge (Rigid-frame structure)

F: Pass under the Kanda River Shoheibashi Bridge to view the Sobu Line Railway Bridge (Rigid-frame structure)

G: Kanda River Marunouchi Line and Hijiribashi Bridge (left), Sobu Line Railway Bridge (Rigid-frame structure) with old houses, and Shoheibashi Bridge in the distance (right)

  • Light rain. In case of rain, please wear a raincoat. Raincoats are sold locally for 100 yen.
  • In case of stormy weather, the tour may be canceled.
  • The 120 minute plan allows the use of a tripod, and the 70 minute plan does not allow the use of a tripod.
  • If the minimum number of participants is not reached, the tour may be canceled. In that case, we will contact you by 16:00 the day before.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 31 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • For cancellations made 8 to 30 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
  • For cancellations made 3 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
  • For cancellations made 1 to 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
