In the event of a disaster (including weather-related disasters such as typhoons), the government may issue a typhoon holiday, which may result in the temporary closure of our store. In such cases, we will not be able to issue refunds. Thank you for your understanding.
Please print out your reservation confirmation with the dedicated QR code in advance and present it at the restaurant. Please note that you will not be able to use the service if you do not present a paper copy (including presentation on a smartphone or tablet device). We cannot reissue confirmations on-site if you forget to print or lose it. Also, please understand in advance that we cannot provide refunds or other compensation if you are unable to use the service due to not bringing your reservation confirmation with the dedicated QR code.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
