1. Non-refundable: This product is subject to group airfare regulations. Once the seat is confirmed, it cannot be refunded for any reason (including medical or other personal factors).
2. Non-changeable: After ticketing, name corrections, date changes, transfers, and refunds are not permitted.
3. Responsibility for Data Verification: Please fill in the information (Chinese/English name, date of birth, passport number and expiry date, gender, ID number) exactly as it appears on your original passport. Do not enter information from memory when booking for friends or family.
4. Risk of Errors: If the information is incorrect after ticketing, any resulting change fees, airline penalties, or losses due to inability to depart will be borne by the passenger.
5. Passport Verification Service (Optional):
* Upload image files within 24 hours of booking: Customer service will assist in cross-checking (the final accuracy must still be confirmed by the passenger).
* Failure to upload image files within 24 hours: Once the seat request is successful, the system will proceed with ticketing based on the information entered at the time of booking. Changes cannot be made, and the passenger shall bear all responsibility and losses related to any errors.

Please note: If this product is not used in the sequence of the departure dates, the return flight ticket will become invalid and cannot be used. This will be considered as an automatic forfeiture of flight rights, and no refund request will be accepted.

• This product is provided by KKday. After booking, please wait 1-3 working days for customer service to confirm availability. Customer service will contact you via phone or order message. Once the flight and hotel are confirmed, any cancellation or postponement fees incurred will be charged separately; the actual amount is subject to customer service confirmation. Please note this. If you are traveling with companions, please indicate this in the order remarks to facilitate seat requests and arrangements.

• If your passport is expired at the time of registration, please enter the passport number from your old passport first, and proactively provide the new passport information before ticketing or at least seven days before departure to avoid issues with boarding or entry.

In addition to the free checked baggage included in the original ticket, if you need to purchase additional checked baggage, please notify customer service at least 10 working days before departure or before ticketing, or purchase it via the link. Additional purchases are not accepted after ticketing.

• Due to flight safety considerations and regulatory restrictions, airlines have limits on the number of infants allowed. If you are traveling with an infant under 2 years old (calculated based on the return date), please provide the details of the accompanying adult and the infant (infant name, date of birth, etc.) when paying the deposit. We must apply to the airline and wait for their confirmation regarding the availability of infant spots before the infant booking can be completed (processing time: 1-3 days). Infant bookings are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis; once full, no more will be accepted. There is no free baggage allowance, no seat, and no infant bassinet; the infant must be held by the accompanying adult throughout the flight. 【 Tigerair Free Baggage Allowance Standards 】

• Each passenger may carry one piece of carry-on baggage (dimensions smaller than 54 cm x 38 cm x 23 cm, including wheels and handles) and one personal item (such as a handbag, laptop bag, or duty-free goods). The total weight of both items must not exceed 10 kg. Both personal items and carry-on baggage must be measured for size, quantity, and weight by airport staff, and a yellow carry-on baggage identification tag will be attached.

• Free round-trip checked baggage: A maximum of 20 kg per person (no limit on the number of pieces). The sum of the length, width, and height of the checked baggage must not exceed 203 cm (the length of a single side must be 120 cm or less). A single piece of checked baggage must not exceed 30 kg. Passengers under the same booking reference who are traveling together and checking in at the counter may share their checked baggage allowance; those not under the same booking reference cannot share.

• Infants without seats are not provided with free carry-on or checked baggage allowance. If an infant is traveling with a passenger, their child safety seat or stroller can be checked for free. If the infant does not need to use the equipment, regular checked baggage fees will apply.

  1. Definition of Large Baggage: If a single side of the checked baggage exceeds 100 cm, or the sum of the length, width, and height exceeds 203 cm (inclusive), it is considered large baggage and is subject to a 'Large Baggage Handling Fee'.
  2. Common Special Checked Items (subject to large baggage handling fee):
  - Sports equipment: Including surfboards, snowboards, fishing rods, golf clubs, bicycles, etc. Please note that the maximum length for a single side of a surfboard is 280 cm.
  - Large musical instruments
  - Other large items: For example, oil paintings, statues, televisions, furniture, etc., with a single side exceeding 100 cm.
  3. Fees: A handling fee of NTD$ 550 per piece of large baggage is charged per way. You must notify KKday customer service before ticketing to process this. The weight of the large baggage will be included in your total checked baggage weight. If the request is not made before ticketing and is only declared at the airport check-in counter, the fee will be charged according to the on-site standard of NTD$ 950. Free Checked Items: Due to personal special needs or when traveling with infants, any auxiliary equipment, mobility aids, medical equipment, and baby supplies that exceed the dimensions can be checked for free. • The flight tickets for this product are group economy class round-trip tickets. Group tickets cannot be extended, flight times cannot be changed, and they are non-refundable. Online check-in and seat selection are not available, and companions may not be seated together.
