Please activate your eSIM within 90 days of receiving it.
Before installing eSIM, please connect to WiFi or mobile network, scan the QR Code or install manually, and join the mobile plan
Please save this QR Code. Once scanned, it will be invalid and cannot be reissued. Please install it according to the instructions. Do not jump out of the screen during the process to avoid the eSIM plan being deleted due to misjudgment by the mobile phone.
Each QRCode can only be scanned once, and no changes can be made once the QRCode is scanned
Please delete the description file for iPhone (check steps: Settings -> General, pull to the bottom, if there is no description file, it means normal), so as not to cause trouble to use smoothly

How to Use

- Please enter a valid email address to ensure you receive eSIM activation content.
- Please ensure you are connected to WiFi before joining the eSIM mobile plan.
- Installation steps:
- Settings -> Mobile Services -> Join the Mobile Plan
- Scan the QR code above, or manually enter the address and verification code, then click "Next".
- After clicking to confirm the "Authentication Action Plan" window, an eSIM plan tab (secondary) will appear, which you can change the name of.
- Activate your newly added service plan after arriving at your destination.

- Change the tag naming scheme in "Motion Data"
- Enable "Data Roaming"
- If your phone cannot connect to the internet directly, please follow the APN settings above (Settings - Mobile Services - Mobile Data Network).
Cancellation Policy
- Once the order has been completed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
