Steps to sync your pass
Download the Go City app from the iOS App Store or Google Play, and install it on your phone or tablet.
After installation, tap the “Your personal link” provided on your voucher to claim your pass. Make sure you use the same device on which you downloaded the app.
Once claimed, your pass will be ready to scan.
Most attractions on this pass are show-and-scan — just present your pass QR code at the entrance. A few require you to reserve in advance, always check the attraction's page in the Go City app / website (or the digital guidebook) before you go.

- Open the KKday e-voucher and click "To use the app, please follow your unique link"
- Enter your email
- Download Go City App (iOS, Android)
- Open the app, select the city of your pass, click "My Passes," and enter your email and order verification code
- If step 4 fails, refresh and retry or restart from step 2
- For multiple passes, enter different emails at step 2 for separate devices. Remember QR codes to avoid accidental redemption
