— What You Can Expect —
Edge NYC is more than just an observation deck – it's an immersive journey into the sky.
Your visit begins on Level 4 of Hudson Yards, where interactive indoor installations introduce you to a multi-sensory experience of light, reflection, and design. Featured installations include:
- Crystal Cave uses shifting light and reflective surfaces to create ever-changing visual perspectives of the city
- Infinite City surrounds you with mirrored structures and light, transforming the skyline into a dynamic, multi-dimensional experience
- Reflections respond to movement and light, blending the cityscape with immersive interior design
Together, these spaces turn your ascent into a dynamic, ever-evolving experience before you even step outside.
As you move through the experience, anticipation builds toward the outdoor sky deck, where you’ll reach the highest outdoor sky deck in the Western Hemisphere, suspended over 1,100 feet above Manhattan. From here, enjoy breathtaking 360° views of the NYC skyline, from Central Park to the Statue of Liberty.
For those seeking a unique perspective, step onto the iconic glass floor platform, lean out over angled glass walls, and take in the city from an entirely new angle. Whether you’re looking for a thrilling moment or simply a memorable view, Edge offers a range of experiences for every visitor.
Edge is designed as an all-weather, all-day destination, combining immersive indoor environments with open-air views. This makes it ideal for families, couples, first-time visitors, and locals looking for one of the most unique things to do in NYC.
Whether you visit during the day, at sunset, or in the evening, Edge delivers an unforgettable and shareable NYC experience that's different every visit.
