Q: If the weather is bad, will you be notified of cancellation?
A: The itinerary is generally rain or shine. However, in the event of prolonged torrential rain or excessive wind and waves, the tour will be cancelled due to concerns about safety.
Q: Can I participate if I don't know how to swim?
A: You can sign up even if you don’t know how to swim. Before the start of the activity, each person will be given a life jacket and wear it properly. In the event of a fall, it is buoyant enough to surface above your shoulders.
Q: Can pets participate?
A: If you want to bring pets on board, please be sure to inform you that you will bring pets when registering, and please prepare pet life jackets by yourself. The open water conditions are changeable. We cannot guarantee the safety of pets. Insurance claims are only valid for those who participate in the event. If you want to bring pets to the event, please take your own responsibility.
Q: Can I leave luggage?
A: Personal belongings can be deposited at the base, but we are not responsible for keeping them. Please bring valuables with you!

The event adopts a customized reservation system, please pay special attention not to be late, so as not to affect your rights.
Taiwanese travelers should bring their ID cards or health insurance cards with them, and foreign travelers should bring their passports with them in order to participate in sea activities.
Do not smoke or chew betel nut, carry dangerous items, flammable items, odorous items, or engage in dangerous actions on board. For the safety of navigation and the rights of other passengers, please follow the instructions of the instructor.
In order to comply with sailing etiquette and for safety reasons, you must take off your shoes and go barefoot before boarding the boat. Going barefoot increases friction and reduces the likelihood of slipping. Take off shoes will be uniformly placed on the dock.
In the event of irresistible factors such as weather, walrus, temporary accidents, etc., based on safety considerations, the supplier reserves the right to cancel the activity. In this case, you can choose a full refund or free rescheduling.
Water activities are easily affected by the weather. During the actual sailing, the coach may modify the itinerary according to the change of wind and hydrological conditions, or even cancel the sailing midway when the sea conditions deteriorate. Those who cannot accept that the itinerary may be changed for any reason should not participate.
In order to ensure the safety and smooth progress of this activity, please follow the instructions of the coach. Please do not take off the life jacket during the activity. If you do not obey the dissuasion, the coach has the right to immediately suspend the activity without refunding the fee in order to avoid accidents. If you do not listen to the advice and have an accident, you will not be responsible for it!
If you are afraid of seasickness, please bring your own seasickness medicine to take in advance. Do not stay up late the day before sailing, keep a good mental state and a happy and relaxed mood to reduce the possibility of seasickness.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 7 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 4 to 6 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–3 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
