- Taiko is a regular ferry service connecting Hakata and Fukue. The ship’s interior combines refined design with excellent functionality and is fully barrier-free, ensuring a comfortable journey for all passengers. The public spaces are designed to be relaxing so you can spend your time at ease, while the designated cabin areas provide private spaces where you can rest comfortably and with peace of mind.

- Please note that services may be canceled depending on sea conditions on the day of travel. In such cases, we will contact you using the contact information (phone number) you provided. We will offer a reservation change (rescheduling) or a refund. No handling fees will be charged for changes or refunds.
- The travel time is an estimate and does not guarantee the exact arrival time. Please plan your schedule with sufficient buffer time.

When leaving Hakata Port: Check-in procedures begin at 9:00pm and boarding at 9:45pm. Please complete procedures by 11:00pm.
Tickets can be redeemed at locations other than Hakata Port up to 20 minutes before departure.
Depending on sea conditions on the day of travel, the trip may be canceled; in such cases we will contact you at the phone number you provided. Reservation changes (rescheduling) as well as refunds are available at no charge.
Arrival times are estimates and not guaranteed. Please allow plenty of time in your schedule.
The ship has no restaurant but there are vending machines.
All rooms are non-smoking; two smoking areas are available.
There are free lockers on board for storing valuables such as a wallet or mobile phone.
When checking luggage onto the ship, there is a charge of 500 yen per piece. The total dimensions (length + width + height) must be ≤ 200 cm (and under 30 kg).
Dangerous goods are prohibited.
On the day of boarding, please prepare the voucher displayed on your smartphone or other device and exchange it for the actual ticket at the port.

Voucher redemption period
- Dapat tubusin ang voucher sa napiling petsa at sa loob ng operating hours; Hindi valid pagkatapos mag-expire
Patakaran sa pagkansela
- Pinapayagan ang pagkansela 4 araw (kasama) bago ang napiling petsa. Maaaring kanselahin nang libre ang hindi nagamit na order
- Para sa pagkanselang gawa 3 hanggang 3 araw bago ang napiling petsa, may 10% na cancellation fee
- Para sa pagkanselang gawa 2 hanggang 2 araw bago ang napiling petsa, may 30% na cancellation fee
- Hindi pinapayagan ang pagkansela sa pagitan ng 0–1 araw mula sa napiling petsa. Hindi maaaring kanselahin o baguhin ang order, at walang refund.
- Dahil sa pagkakaiba ng time zone, ang kumpirmadong petsa ng pagkansela ay batay sa lokal na oras ng supplier. Mangyaring magbigay ng 2–5 business days para maproseso ang cancellation request, pagkatapos nito ay sisingilin ang cancellation fee ayon sa policy ng produkto. Kapag nakumpirma na ang pagkansela, matatanggap mo ang refund sa loob ng 14 working days.
