Limited availability and hotel inventory changes in real time. All orders are subject to final confirmation of room availability and price by the supplier. If the limited availability or price adjustment is completed, the guest must pay the difference within a specified period. If the payment is not made within the specified period, the order will be automatically cancelled.

All hotel packages listed above are only applicable to residents of Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, and overseas regions. Upon check-in, at least one guest per room must present one of the following three identity documents for identification: ① Hong Kong/Macau SAR Home Return Permit/ID Card (permanent or non-permanent residents are acceptable)/Passport; ② Taiwan Resident Travel Permit to Mainland China; ③ Passport of a citizen of an overseas country. If a guest fails to present the relevant document, check-in will be denied, and the hotel will need to be booked at the on-site hotel price. The original booking will not be refunded or changed.

The hotel requires that the name of the actual guest must be consistent with the name of the tourist provided when placing the order. No changes (including passenger information) will be made once the order is booked.

The room can accommodate up to 4 people. If you need to purchase additional tickets/meals, please purchase them at the hotel front desk. The fees are subject to on-site confirmation.

If you are ordering a package ticket that includes the Chimelong Show, please note that standard tickets do not include free admission for children under 3 years old or under 1.0 meter tall on the day of the show. Children's tickets in the package cannot be upgraded to standard tickets or other ticket types by paying the difference. Guests can inform the front desk staff of their situation and present relevant documents at check-in to purchase up to two additional multi-day park tickets at the hotel front desk, and the total number of multi-day tickets purchased cannot exceed four.

Before entering the park, tourists must accept valid identity document verification at the entrance. Please prepare valid identity documents in advance (including ID card/Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents/Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents/Residence Permit/Passport, etc.)

Passengers are required to undergo security checks before entering each theme park in Chimelong. It is strictly prohibited to bring controlled equipment, firearms and ammunition, flammable and explosive items, food, etc. into the park.

The use of selfie sticks is prohibited in amusement facilities, gatherings, and crowded areas

Pets are not allowed into the park

Please note that some facilities in the park have height restrictions; please also refer to the opening hours, performance times and precautions of the corresponding theme park.

Visitors are asked to keep an appropriate distance when visiting the park. At the park entrance, performance venues, amusement facilities and other areas, please line up according to the separation signs, take a seat, or accept the on-site arrangement guidance of the staff.

We will do our best to arrange your requested room type based on room availability, but we cannot guarantee the availability of a specific room type. If the room type you need is sold out, we will directly arrange other room types to avoid additional costs due to price fluctuations. If you do not accept any room type changes at all, please clearly indicate this in the comments. Please note that no returns or exchanges are allowed once an order is placed.

If you need to order multiple rooms and the same plan, we recommend that you complete them in one order. If you order different plans separately, some of the rooms in the order may be sold out, and the orders that have been successfully ordered will not be refunded or changed. If you have a group booking number, you can indicate it in the order notes, but there is no guarantee that there will be room vacancies. It will be subject to room availability. Any special requests, such as adjacent rooms, can be noted in the order notes and we will try our best to arrange it, but it cannot be guaranteed.

Cancellation policy due to weather factors: If there is a severe weather warning on the day of departure (for passengers from Hong Kong and Macau: Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above, Black Rainstorm Warning Signal, or suspension of high-speed trains or flights issued by the local meteorological department; for passengers from China: warning issued by the local meteorological department, please refer to the policy of Chimelong on the day; for other passengers: suspension of high-speed trains or flights), you must show relevant proof for free cancellation. Please note that weather forecast maps are not accepted as the basis for cancellation.
