對於第一次到舊金山的遊客來說是一個不錯的體驗，船上有各種語言的語音導覽可以選擇，非常友善。

行程基本只有2日頭尾日子是去回程，車程8小時，想不到尾程也出事。第二天為正式行程日，7時集合，但旅遊巴壞了，沒有替代車輛可以安排，聽聞有車冇司機，不知真實情況，但早上7時變11時，然后話先請吃午飯，飯後1時可以開始行程，跟住係2:20，3:00，3:30，終於4時整好車但當日不可能再去行程，只是去應該入住的酒店和再次請吃晚餐。2日行程夾生迫在第三天完成，雖然點是去到了，來旅遊的攪旅遊的都知道時間的心情的問題罷，我們是肉在板上任弄的。到了回程日更一日內連轉3架車，每次都係搬行李過車的，美奇名會快點回去，實際慢了2個鍾，極道引致團友的不便，甚至爭吵，因為第3轉車本身有其他團，有團友1人坐2個位不欲讓坐，但攪成這樣就是要壓縮成本，坐無空缺。於是爭吵來了，怨氣加深了。以後大家要好好考慮我們這群遊客的經驗。

多數的景點都有停靠，而且去一趟金門大橋車資就回本。 適合時間有限的旅客。 唯一不好的部分是我們遇到跳過藝術宮沒有停靠的司機。 推薦給第一次去的旅客。

導遊兼司機很盡責從市區一路介紹到最後一個景點，我坐在最前面聽的很清楚每個指示（雖然是英文版😂）車子有31個座位，28人團，一開始就坐對位子很重要！海岸線真美很推這個行程👍

3大1小，額外付了自費行程 579+小費180，供參考。透過kkday未夠清楚告知 可加價選位、升級飯店，此團 導遊 鄭導 服務還行，但建議行前多些提醒或衣著建議，因為都是併團的緣故，難免訊息不全，不然團從炎熱的洛杉磯出發，到達非常冷的洛杉磯，旅客會適應不了，尤其是國外旅客。

ワイナリーを3カ所回り、それぞれ堪能したのですが、昼食で訪れた街で見たナパの無料歴史資料館が心に残りました。150年程前、スペイン人がカリフォルニアに侵入し、ネイティブアメリカンに布教活動しながら開拓した土地を、結局アメリカに売却したことは歴史で学んだような気がしていたのですが、実際の教会、当時の資料をみると改めて米国の歴史の奥深さを感じました。

I recently took the Big Bus half-day tour to Muir Woods and Sausalito, and while the natural beauty of these locations was undeniable, the experience was somewhat dampened by heavy rain and limited time in Sausalito. The redwood forest in Muir Woods was truly awe-inspiring. The towering trees are a sight to behold, and the walking trails were well-maintained. However, the persistent rain unfortunately made it difficult to fully enjoy the experience. In Sausalito, we were only allotted 40 minutes, which felt incredibly rushed. This barely allowed enough time to find a place to eat, grab a quick bite, and soak in the charming atmosphere. We ended up getting takeout and rushing back to the bus, missing out on a proper opportunity to explore this lovely town. 美國當地旅行社跟KKDAY的服務超級爛！ 旅遊巴士不僅沒有照著表定時間出發， 另外改約時間在飯店接送⋯還完全沒有電話聯絡 集合時間眼睜睜看著車子直接從眼前開走 只留了一隻上班時間（10點）才能打通的客服專線 請問清晨6點要找誰？？？ 完全沒有領隊導遊跟司機的聯絡方式⋯ 最後直接被放鳥，自己再花錢租車去= = KKDAY還我錢來！！！ 事隔3天也沒有下文，等著準備法院見吧～
