車子不是很乾淨。老舊。說中午 但沒有沿途解說。送達目的地後。就自由活動，比起參加有英文導遊的一日遊。性價比差很多

Pisa & Sienna & San Gimignano 順暢的行程路線，美麗的光線與風景交會。難以忘懷的小鎮風光。推薦參加Sienna 主座教堂導覽，聖歌讓人很感動！

本人覺得安排太差，沒有信心再參加及購買產品，希望有待改善服務，令以後我亦歹願意介紹朋友購買產品信心，本人到了教堂走白走了45分鐘亦未能找到該團

I'm used the kk day google link and follow the map, they brig me to wrong way ,refer the picture,show me wrong direction, I am tourist how can I go where is the tram station ? and I had infomred kk day customer service immediately and even ask them to help. No one really assist me and just to inform me bus left . ( I called them at 7:40am and let them guide me how to go , I couldn't see anyone ) . But End up I'm still miss out the tour. No one can assist and spoil my mood totally . So irresponsible and don't want refund money to me . I fly from my country 16hours to join this tour , my bad experience in kk days

因為有這個導遊帶隊 不用特別在外面排隊 尤其能skip the line

集合地點廣場廣大不明確，餐廳名字沒標示餐飲難吃不美味，音樂會現場悶熱不通風，讓人在裡面頭暈直冒汗，無法心靜好好欣賞台上的表演。

如果體力夠的話 建議爬比薩斜塔 很不一樣的感受

導遊很專業，講解比蕯的故事，很清楚介紹教堂及斜塔，亦都好照顧團友。斜塔登頂感受好特別，有時間可以體驗一下。
