- KKday & Central’s customer should redeem the point to earn STARLUX promocode and using on STARLUX Web/App only.
- Promocode will be applied for ADT/CHD/INF in BC/PE/EY class
- This promo code can be used for round-trip flights with STARLUX airlines operate flight only and does not apply to codeshare flights with other airlines, such as AS.

- Due to Amadeus system logic and in order to comply with the ATC Refund function, the discount will be applied to the inbound (I/B) segment only. On the JX website/app, during flight and fare selection, the outbound (O/B) segment will display as “X (Not applicable)” and the inbound segment as “V (Applicable)”. This is normal system behavior, and customers should be advised to proceed with the ticket purchase as usual.
- Since the system only validates RBD (Reservation Booking Designator) eligibility for the inbound (I/B) flight, the discount will still be applied even if the outbound (O/B) segment is booked under an ineligible RBD.
- Taipei (TPE) cannot be used as a stopover point. If a stopover in TPE occurs, the discount will not be applied to the entire itinerary, even if the other segment is a transit journey.
- This discount cannot be applied to the Q surcharge associated with fare upsells; it can only be applied to the base fare of the ticket.
