Travel to a working rice farm in Phetchaburi and become a rice farmer for the day. Change into authentic farming attire and step into the paddy to plant your own rice stalks. Get your hands and feet muddy in the rice paddies and get up close and personal with the working water buffalos.

Participate in dehusking the rice, the traditional way, through three distinct methods. Pound the rice, sieve it in a wicker basket, and grind it manually using a stone mill. Then, make your own Khanom Khrok, a Thai street food snack, and rice crisps. Make your own coconut milk the traditional way.

Finish with a farmers' lunch served on a lotus leaf. Try rice tea and maybe even rice wine.
