Discover the stages of making our wines and immerse yourself in the heart of a family-run Saint-Emilion Grand Cru estate. This tour invites you to understand the journey of the grape, from the vine to the glass, through a friendly, accessible experience full of discoveries.
Your tour begins in the vineyard, where you will learn about the characteristics of our terroir, the life-cycle of the vine, and the work done throughout the year to produce quality grapes. You will learn how the soil, climate, and viticultural practices influence the style and character of our wines.
Continue your journey in the winery, where the grapes are transformed into wine. There, you'll learn about the main steps of wine making, from fermentation to the first blends. The tour then continues in the aging cellar, where the wines gradually develop their complexity and balance over the months.
Throughout the tour, your live guide will explain in a simple and accessible way how each step, from the work in the vineyard to the aging, contributes to revealing the full expression of the Saint-Émilion terroir. Whether you're a novice or a wine enthusiast, this tour will give you a better understanding of the secrets of making a Grand Cru.
The experience ends in our tasting room with a commented tasting of three wines from the estate, including two Saint-Émilion Grand Crus. You will discover the characteristics of each cuvée, their aromas, their balance, and their personality. Guided step by step, you will learn to observe the color of a wine, identify its main aromas, and appreciate the balance between fruit, tannins, and length on the palate.
Organized in small groups, this experience encourages discussion and offers a special moment in a friendly atmosphere. It is aimed at both the curious and wine lovers who want to deepen their knowledge while sharing a friendly moment at the heart of a family estate.
