Starting at 11 am, take a guided visit of Château Champion, a family estate in Saint-Emilion Grand Cru.
Learn the history of our vineyard and the winemaker's work from the vineyard to the cellars through anecdotes and easy-to-remember explanations.
Then comes the food tasting of 3 wines from our estates, a tasting accompanied by a platter of local charcuterie and a cheese.
You can extend the experience with a local dessert, a Bordeaux canelé dipped in rum syrup.
