Climb aboard an authentic Venetian bragozzo, a traditional boat that once sailed the lagoon and is now increasingly rare to see. We, Francesco and Michael, two young men with a great passion for Venice, historic boats, and the lagoon tradition, are the ones who restored it and keep it alive.
This tour stems from the desire to give guests an experience that is different from the usual tourist tours: more intimate, more relaxed, and closer to the real soul of Venice. Bragozzi are fascinating boats, but they require a lot of care, continuous maintenance, and a lot of love. That's why you see so few of them in the lagoon today. We restore them and personally look after them, trying to keep alive a Venetian tradition that is in danger of disappearing.
During the experience, we will leave the chaos of the city to slowly sail through the calmer waters of the Venetian Lagoon. As the sun goes down and the light changes color, you can relax on board, take photos, toast, and enjoy a special moment away from the crowds.
On board, we will serve a Venetian aperitif with drinks and small local tastings. It will be the perfect opportunity to experience Venice from its most beautiful vantage point: the water.
It's not the classic speedboat sightseeing tour. It's an experience designed for those who want to discover a more authentic Venice, board a rare boat, and experience the sunset in the lagoon in a simple, elegant, and unforgettable way.
