Valpolicella: Winery Tour with Wine&Risotto tasting｜Italy

The Experience combines the authenticity of a complete winery visit with an accessible and engaging introduction to the wines of Valpolicella.

Your journey begins among Buglioni’s vineyards, where you will discover the landscape, the native grape varieties and the connection between the winery and its land. From the vines, you will continue inside the cellar to learn how the wines are produced, but also to hear the stories, anecdotes and unexpected moments behind the Buglioni family, who founded the winery more than two decades ago.

The visit then continues in the traditional grape-drying room, one of the most fascinating and iconic places in Valpolicella. Here, the grapes are naturally dried before being used to produce the region’s great classics, including Amarone, Valpolicella Ripasso and Recioto.

After the winery tour, you will walk to Locanda Buglioni, the winery’s Wine Restaurant, surrounded by vineyards and olive trees. Here you will enjoy a guided tasting of eight Buglioni wines, offering a broad introduction to the different expressions of the winery and the Valpolicella area.

The wines will be accompanied by one of the restaurant’s most iconic dishes: risotto, prepared according to the season and designed to complement the tasting.
Throughout the entire experience, you will be accompanied by Fabio, who has been part of Buglioni since its very first day. More than a traditional guide, Fabio is a true host and storyteller.
