Calgary/Banff/Canmore: Rockies Shuttle & Transfer Packages｜Canada

Please kindly recheck the pickup details, meeting point, and session time stated on the voucher for your selected package.

Description

Discover the Canadian Rockies on a scenic sightseeing experience from Calgary, Calgary International Airport, Kananaskis, Canmore, or Banff, depending on the option booked. This experience is designed for guests who want an easy and enjoyable way to explore famous Rockies locations without renting a car, driving mountain roads, finding parking, or planning the route themselves.

This is not a simple transportation service. Each option includes a confirmed scenic itinerary with sightseeing stops, photo opportunities, basic route information, and independent free time at selected locations. Depending on the booked option, stops may include Lake Louise, Moraine Lake, Marble Canyon, Banff viewpoints, Kananaskis viewpoints, Canmore viewpoints, or other approved scenic locations.

Guests are picked up from the confirmed meeting point and travel through the Rockies in a comfortable vehicle. The driver/host provides pickup instructions, meeting times, local area details, and basic route information. At each confirmed stop, guests can take photos, enjoy the scenery, walk around viewpoint or lakeshore areas, and explore independently.

The exact pickup location, drop-off location, route order, stops, and stop duration depend on the selected option and will be confirmed before the activity. A typical itinerary includes pickup, scenic drive, planned photo stops, independent free time at selected Rockies destinations, and return drop-off at the confirmed location.

This is a sightseeing-focused experience with independent exploration time. It is not a fully guided hiking tour. Guests should be prepared for light walking at viewpoints, parking areas, lakeshores, or short scenic paths.

Limited customization may be available on some options if agreed in advance and if it fits within the approved route, timing, season, weather, road access, parking, and safety requirements.

All required costs for the confirmed itinerary are included in the price, including transportation, fuel, parking, and operational costs where applicable. Food, drinks, souvenirs, and optional personal expenses are not included.

Minor operational adjustments may be made due to weather, traffic, parking, access rules, road conditions, or safety. If the supplier cancels the activity, the customer receives a full refund. If a confirmed core stop cannot be operated and the customer does not accept the proposed alternative, a full refund will be offered according to KKday’s cancellation policy.
