At our main forest camp, you will enjoy an authentic fire-cooked dinner prepared right in front of you. Fresh salmon is baked over open flames in traditional Lapland style, local sausages sizzle by the fire, and handmade rice flatbreads add a warm, comforting touch. You’ll also taste a natural juice made from wild forest berries that I personally gather in the Finnish woods.
