ข้อมูลสินค้า

Get picked up from your hotel in Rovaniemi and be taken to a private wooden sauna. Begin your experience heating up and then go for the cold plunge or ice swimming to shock your body in the best way.

Ice swimming enhances your overall well-being and tolerance to extreme temperatures enabling your body to adapt much better to the cold. After the first swim, heat back up in the sauna and repeat for as long as the time allows.

Enjoy the Finnish sauna tradition in a private, recently renovated wooden sauna. The intimate setting ensures you have the best sauna experience of your life, free from crowds and distractions.
