Know Before You Go: By train: the best way to get to Cobh is by train; you get a chance to admire the views of Cobh Harbour. On weekdays, there is a departure to Cobh from Cork’s Kent Station (city centre) every 30 minutes. On Sundays and Bank holidays, departures are scheduled every 60 minutes. Once you leave the station, simply walk to the right. The entrance to Cobh Heritage Centre will be right around the corner
Know Before You Go: Bus: from Cork’s city centre, Route 200 of Cobh Connect has departures every hour from St Patrick’s Quay. The closest bus stop is Park Lane, Lake Road (11-minute walk to meeting point)
