It might seem as an easy task, but its quite challenging tempering and crafting chocolates

At Frellsen you can learn how to temper chocolate to get the correct glossy finish with the snap you know from correct tempered chocolates.

Our skilled staff will guide you through how to correctly temper the different chocolates, and share their knowledge of how to create chocolate from cocoa and why its important to temper your chocolate.

We make use of 3 different chocolates; Dark 70% chocolate, milk-chocolate and white chocolate (all, Belgium couverture chocolates).
We also create fillings for the filled chocolates.

You will get a total of approx. 700 grams of chocolate (some of which are solid chocolates).

The workshop lasts for approx. 2.5 hours.

We offer warm drinks and chilled water during the workshop.


Minimum age is 15 years.

Only paying participants are allowed in the workshop.

It is not permitted to participate in the workshop if participants are infected with or carry a contagious disease, e.g. NORO virus, influenza, etc.

NOTE! After infection with NORO virus, it is not permitted to participate until the third day after symptoms of the disease have ceased.

Participants with long hair are encouraged to wear their hair up or use hair ties.
