Traditional Baking Experience:
At one of two traditional Parisian bakeries, you’ll get hands-on experience preparing bread and croissant dough, learn fascinating facts about iconic French pastries including the infamous croissant, and gain the know-how to differentiate one baguette from another.

You’ll even learn the difference between bread flours, yeast and sourdough, how to laminate dough, and baguette-shaping techniques. And of course there will be tastings along the way to understand how flavour influences what you create.

Macaron Experience:
Discover the art of French pâtisserie with our immersive, small group macaron baking class perfect for families.

Set in the heart of Le Marais at a well-known Parisian bakery, this hands-on experience invites you to learn the secrets behind crafting the perfect macaron. This bakery only uses the highest quality ingredients, including organic ingredients wherever possible.

Guided by a patisserie expert, you’ll mix, pipe, and bake your own macarons, customizing flavours and colours to your liking. Along the way, you’ll uncover the fascinating history of this iconic treat.

The experience concludes with a guided tasting session and a box of your personalized macarons to take home. Perfect for food lovers and families alike, this tour blends culinary education with delicious fun in a historic and authentic Parisian setting.
