First, we'll go to the vineyards in a superb terroir in the foothills of the Luberon, where I'll explain viticulture in general and the terroir of the Luberon in particular. Then, in the cellar, I will show you the different stages of winemaking, from the bunch to bottling, specifying the differences between the production of "conventional", "organic", and "natural" wines. You will then taste several vintages from the bottle or directly "from the barrel" in order to appreciate the different terroirs and grape varieties. I will then explain how wines are blended, and you will then be able to make your own blend with a pipette and a test tube. You will then have the opportunity to bottle your personal cuvée, cork it the old-fashioned way (and possibly wax it), and finally label it so that you can take it home as a souvenir or enjoy it in the evening with friends.
