Each visit has its own share of anecdotes and secrets that make it a unique moment. An opportunity to discover the craftsmanship of breweries and the historic beer culture that reigns in Lille. Together, we'll go back to the Middle Ages in the footsteps of John the Fearless. We'll tell you about the northern and historical specificity of top-fermented beers. We'll show you the decisive role that Pasteur played in the evolution of brewing methods (and that it all started in Lille). We'll tell you about the family and historical breweries that still exist in the North more than a century after their birth, without forgetting all the little news that stirs the contemporary brewing scene.

Our tours obviously include tasting stops in carefully selected places: bars, brewpubs, craft breweries... the opportunity to dive deep into the art of tasting, to teach you how to recognize beer styles, and to share our tips for pairing beer with food. The tour includes 2 tasting stops, 3 beers tasted (galopins format), and a gourmet break with a beer pairing.
